Visaman ("we", "us") is a visa facilitation platform. This policy describes what information we collect about you when you use our website and mobile app, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone, hashed password
  • Travel documents: passport and supporting docs only to process your visa application
  • Payment metadata: not card details โ€” those go directly to our payment processor
  • Device and usage analytics to improve the product

3. How we use it

Only to process your visa application, keep you informed on status, detect fraud, and comply with our legal obligations under [Country/State] law.

4. Who we share with

  • Embassies and consulates strictly to submit your application
  • Payment processors (Razorpay, etc.) to take payment
  • Cloud providers under data-processing agreements

We never sell your data.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@visaman.test and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Application data is retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and audit requirements, then permanently deleted. Document Vault entries can be deleted by you at any time from your dashboard.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. Parents apply on behalf of minors.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll email all active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
