1. Our service

Visaman helps you prepare and submit visa applications to embassies and consulates. We are not a government agency and cannot guarantee visa approval — that decision rests entirely with the destination country.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in visa rejection, account suspension, and may have legal consequences in your jurisdiction.

3. Fees

Service fees are shown transparently at checkout. Government fees are listed separately and set by the embassy — we collect and forward them on your behalf, we don't keep them.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the embassy.

5. Acceptable use

• One application per traveler per destination per trip — bundle multiple travelers into one application.
• Don't submit fraudulent documents.
• Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

6. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of these terms, with notice where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of this service is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State] and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [City].
