Refund Policy

Our on-time guarantee

If your visa is not approved by the guaranteed delivery date shown at checkout, we issue a full refund of our service fee within 3 business days โ€” no questions asked.

What is refundable

  • Visaman service fee: fully refundable if the guarantee is missed, or if you cancel before we submit to the embassy.
  • Government / embassy fees: non-refundable once paid to the embassy, per embassy policy. We don't keep this money.
  • Multi-traveler bundles: partial refunds per traveler are honored.

What isn't refundable

  • Government fees after the embassy has accepted the application
  • Cases where the rejection is due to false / misleading information you provided
  • Visa-on-arrival fees paid at the destination airport

How to request a refund

Email refunds@visaman.test with your reference number. Most refunds are processed within 3 business days and arrive on your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can escalate to hello@visaman.test for human review. We respond within 2 business days.
